On 19 October 2022, the Board of Directors of the Luiss Business School decided to initiate exclusive negotiations with NextaliaSgr and Intesa Sanpaolo regarding the creation of a joint venture, Luiss Executive, with the aim of enhancing the executive non-degree and custom programs of the management school.
The decision was ratified today, 20 October 2022, by the Board of Directors of Luiss University.
The Luiss Business School, a joint-stock company as of 25 May 2022, remains 100% controlled by the University named after Guido Carli and will continue to develop the educational offerings of master's and MBA programs both nationally at its campus in Rome and the hubs in Milan and Belluno, as well as internationally through its operating subsidiaries at the Amsterdam campus.
The goal is to consolidate its role in the higher education sector, responding to the demand for new professionals through the constant enhancement of teaching, research and Luiss Faculty’s knowledge and skills.
