Students from other universities who have been admitted to a master's degree program. Students who have already been assigned housing in a Luiss residence

Luiss University has special agreements with private residences near its campuses to offer its students a variety of housing options. On the Private residences page on www.luiss.it, you can obtain more details on the available residences, view the contact numbers to book a visit to the structures and consult the "General Residence Regulations". You can contact the Accomodations Office by phone at 0685225971 or by email at residenze-collegi@luiss.it to book a space in one of the residences, complete the application, and pay the security deposit.

At the offices of viale Gorizia 17, Luiss, works with an exclusive real estate agency to offer students private housing options. Qualified staff offer assistance to students by matching their needs with available rooms and apartments, looking for additional options, accompanying them in visits to selected homes and stipulating contracts with houseowners. Luiss offers you the possibility to spend your Erasmus or exchange period at one of our residences. Spaces are limited and are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. To confirm a reservation, students must pay one month's rent as a security deposit. After the deposit payment, the deposit is kept by Luiss. A breach in contract after the arrival and before the end of the stay, besides losing the deposit, the student must also pay 20 percent of the remaining installments.

Casa Luiss offers different options based on the preferences indicated on the housing application form. In order to confirm a reservation, students must. Send a confirmation email to casaluiss@luiss.it within three days of receiving the offer. pay one month's rent as a security deposit for contracts up to six months and two months' rent for longer contracts within four days of receiving a Casa Luiss housing proposal. International students are required to have a fiscal code issued by the Italian Revenue Agency to register the contract.
