From Monday, September 3 until Monday, September 10, LUISS holds Freshers' Week, a full seven days of events and activities for first-year students.
The week is a moment for LUISS students, faculty, staff and tutors to welcome new students to their first year and introduce them to campus life.
During the week, the University has organized a series of events to introduce new students to its spaces and services, with campus tours, library tours, a LUISS ENLABS open day, presentations of the Language Cafè and the LUISS Loft as well as all four Departments. Students will also be introduced to volunteering opportunities offered through VolontariaMENTE and the LUISS Community Garden.
The campus will also have an Info Point with general information from all the LUISS offices that will guide students through their academic career: Departments, the University Language Center, the Student Office, Career Services and International Development.
A special series of events is reserved for international students September 4-7.
On Monday, September 10 at 11:30 a.m., the Viale Romania campus hosts the official welcome ceremony. Participating in the event are LUISS President Emma Marcegaglia, Rector Andrea Prencipe and General Manager Giovanni Lo Storto. The ebent is moderated by Francesco Giorgino and features testimony fromMarco Giovannini, CEO of Guala Closures.
Students interested in Freshers' Week events can register during the last week of August.
Students will receive instructions prior to the registration period.
