On Friday, March 3, 2017 starting at 10:30 a.m., LUISS ENLABS hosts a presentation of AGLA Alibaba Global Leadership Academy, the international training program sponsored by the e-commerce giant for young professionals with at least two years of work experience. A select number of students, graduates and startuppers will participate in the event and screening of Dream Maker, the docufilm on the story of Alibaba and its founder, Jack Ma.
Following the screening, participants will learn about AGLA, a program launched by Alibaba in 2016, that allows talented young people the opportunity to train for 12 months at the company's Hangzhou headquarters where they will be immersed in the local and corporate cultures while rotating through a variety of roles in different departments.
Participating in the event are Luigi Capello, cofounder of LUISS ENLABS, LUISS Deputy Rector Andrea Prencipe, Managing Director of Alibaba for Southern Europe Rodrigo Cipriani Foresio and Global Vice President of Human Resources Jodee Kozlak.
