On Monday, October 19, 2015,  LUISS transmitted a live stream of the inauguration of the LUISS School of Law with guest of honor President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella.

In the Aula Magna Mario Arcelli on the Viale Pola campus, Provost Massimo Egidi and LUISS President Emma Marcegaglia opened and closed the day's speeches.

Professor Enzo Moavero Milanesi, Director of the LUISS School of Law, presented the School's course offerings and Professor Paola Severino, Vice Provost in Charge of Teaching and President of the Research Council of the School of Law, gave a lecture entitled Globalizzazione e armonizzazione delle regole.
