Luiss Career Service Office connects students and graduates with the job market through the creation of direct and virtuous relationships between the University and employers, thanks to tailor-made events.

Recruiting & Employer Branding Events:
Through our recruitment-oriented events, we support employers in contacting and selecting profiles that best meet their placement needs, providing them access to a pool of pre-selected potential candidates. We implement employer branding strategies through targeted actions on campus with the support of the Luiss Career Service's communication channels. We help employers attract the best talents by communicating their mission and career paths.

We offer employers free visibility opportunities on our channels, promoting their events and training and recruitment activities.
Employer Meetings Calendar
Luiss Banking & Finance Days
Meetings with national and international commercial and investment banks, private equity funds, SGRs, and boutique firms to learn about the complex selection process in the banking sector and various internship programs.
Period: September.
Luiss meets Strategic Consulting
A series of on-campus meetings with multinational strategic consulting firms to deepen technical and relational knowledge, intervention areas, interviews based on practical cases and career opportunities.
Period: October.
Career Day for Social Impact
A day of meetings with recruiters at desks to approach international governmental and non-governmental organizations. Students have the opportunity to ask questions, share their expectations and understand if they have the right motivation for pursuing a career in this particular field.
Period: February.
Career Day for Legal
A networking and recruitment event dedicated to national and international law firms to learn about career opportunities and the specific requirements of this sector.
Period: March.
LVMH Day
An in-depth meeting on luxury industry trends (technological innovation, sustainability, and savoir-faire) and networking with recruiters from various LVMH group houses, allowing students to better understand the challenges faced by an industry based on creativity and excellence and the skills needed to pursue a career in this field.
Period: April.
Career Day "I giovani e il lavoro"
Career Day is the most important event organized by the Luiss University Career Service, an annual event where over 100 companies meet students and graduates from all degree courses to launch and promote recruitment programs and initiatives, select the best resources, promote the skills required and disseminate their corporate values.
Period: May.
Recruiting Day
Digital or live employer meetings where students can be inspired by manager stories, share their resumes, and participate in interviews.
Period: September-November, February-April.
Business Case Resolution
Digital or live employer meetings where students tackle the first step of the selection process: the Business Case. They have the opportunity to test their ability to work in teams by solving a company case.

Alumni Meets
Informal networking meetings with Luiss graduates who are already dynamic professionals, allowing for the exchange of opinions and important career advice and contacts that can lead to career opportunities.
Period: September-November, February-April.
Conversations on Leadership
A series of inspirational meetings with the Rector and leaders from the business and institutional world. Sharing leadership experiences, reference models, principles, and values that inform organizational behaviors are important references for those embarking on a professional path. The meetings include a 30-minute testimony and a 15-minute Q&A session with students moderated by a Luiss professor.
Period: Autumn and Spring.
Tailor-Made Events
Luiss Career Service is always open to welcoming any other proposal for more experiential activities such as challenges, project work, business case resolution, business games, or recreational, networking, and recruitment-oriented events tailored to the needs of employers and shaped according to students' needs.
Other Events Organized in the Past
Luiss Bruxelles Days
Two days of thematic seminars, visits to European Institutions' offices, meetings with companies at Confindustria's headquarters in Brussels, selections, and networking. An opportunity to deepen linguistic skills and soft skills required to work in another country.
Career Boot Camp
A day dedicated to employers in various fields, including legal, consulting, investment banking, IO, during which students have the opportunity to participate in simulations of sector-specific selection processes. Students can learn about entry opportunities and try out different selection steps with professional guidance.
