Carmen

George Bizet's Carmen: an opera that symbolizes overwhelming, passionate, and therefore impossible love. This fall, it will receive the romantic and dreamy Orchestra di Piazza Vittorio treatment, following the success of their interpretation of the Magic Fluto.

In the midst of companies of gypsies arriving in the city and happy soldiers that pretend to maintain order, Don José and his Brazilian rhythms will face off against Escamillo and his Arabic melodies to win the love of an eccentric Carmen in a new production with over thirty artists on the stage.

October 22 - November 8 at the Teatro Olimpico.
