The second edition of ‘Percorsi Assisi’ is being launched, following the successful outcomes of its previous edition in 2019. ‘Percorsi Assisi’ is an interuniversity school realized by the collaboration between Luiss, Alma Mater Studiorum-Università di Bologna, Politecnico di Milano, Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II, Università degli Studi di Macerata, Università degli Studi di Perugia and Sacro Convento di Assisi.
Commencing on August 28 through to September 5, students will convene in Assisi for a week of in-person lectures delivered by the founding universities of the School, lectio magistralis, teamwork and project work, learning by doing and will engage in reflective discussions with fellow young graduates and students under-35 about Digital Humanities and its individual, common and collective good. Lessons will be complemented with walks in nature and cultural tours to discover the beauties of the area.
The School’s mission is to promote the integration of visions and experiences, tapping into the values of the Franciscan journey such as amazement towards reality, care for the environment as a ‘common home’, being welcoming of differences, and the act of sharing.
The goal is to promote a human-centric innovation for a digital humanism and develop a new narrative for its future.
The call to participate in the second edition is open and the deadline for application submission is Wednesday, July 14.
